Graham pleaded guilty to:
Conspiracy to commit fiduciary fraud.
False certification.
Obstruction.
Participation in unlawful use of incapacity documentation.
He did not plead guilty to drugging Emma.
Evidence did not prove it.
He did not plead guilty to Lily’s confinement.
He was gone before Eleanor took her to the garage.
His cooperation reduced exposure.
He admitted:
He knew Eleanor had a personal interest in Summit Crest.
He failed to disclose it.
He drafted the incapacity mechanism before any medical emergency.
He signed as temporary protector despite knowing Emma’s incapacity was disputed.

No heroic cooperating witness.

Both.
His testimony would be central at Eleanor’s trial.
Emma did not celebrate.
