The judge did not give either side everything.
Ryan received structured visitation.
Linda received no contact temporarily.
Why?
She struck Ethan.
Ryan had not.
But Ryan had facilitated the circumstances and helped remove Ethan’s room without consulting me.
The court ordered:
No residence changes.
No trust access beyond ordinary expenses.
No contact between Ethan and Linda pending evaluation.
No discussion of litigation with Ethan.
Good.
The house remained empty except for preserved evidence.
I stayed in a rental.
Not because Ryan won.
Because Ethan said:

“I don’t want to sleep there yet.”
That mattered more.
